The company was established in July 1992 by Professors of the Institute for information workers Training (IPKIR) of the Ministry of Science.
On October 17, 2000 RI-VITA Consulting Company became a member of PurpleDoors. Network PurpleDoors agency specialized on in-depth understanding of the client problem, ensuring its coherent information base and consulting in order clients make effective decisions. The network of agencies PurpleDoors carries out researches in the field of a foodstuff, drinks, cosmetic and medical products, high technologies, the finance and other products and services worldwide: in Asia, East and the Western Europe, Southern Africa, Northern and the South America, Australia. Tamara I. Glushakova, the Managing Director of the company. Neurophysiologist and psychologist, Ph.D, associate professor. She was trained at Humberside University(UK). The author of books and articles, has 18 years' experience in the field of marketing and marketing research. Member of European Organization of Researchers (ESOMAR) since 1993.

Egor V. Brus, director of projects. Graduated from Vitebsk State Technological University on specialization «Marketing in The Industry». Has five years' experience of designing and conducting of qualitative and quantitative researches. Interests - infographics, data visualisation, Lovemarks («favorite brands») and global life styles.

Kirill V. Orlov, statistician and analyst. Graduated from Setchenov Moscow Medical Academy. Has been doing quantitave data analysis for 20 years. Competently handles diverse statistical techniques. Julia Tonkal, project manager. Graduated from the Faculty of philosophy and social sciences of Belarus State University. Has been trained on "Marketing" at Institute of Business Technologies. Has seven years' experience in the field o of marketing and marketing researches. Sphere of interests: professional literature, especially behaviour of consumers, marketing communications. Has publications in mass-media.
Natasha Min, fieldwork director. graduated from Institute of Economy and Management of the Penza State architecturally-building Academy. Was trained in "Ri-Vita Consulting" company, has five years’ in area of carrying out of fieldwork.
